Meet the founder
Lauralee has a 20 year career in the events industry and has worked as a speaker consultant for over 8 of those.
She founded Spectrum Speakers out of frustration in booking the same homogenous speakers and out of the need to see a dramatic change to the format of speaker line-ups across the events industry.
Realising there was little being done to promote true representation within the speaker landscape and seeing there were no other speaker agencies dedicated to being inclusive, it was time to kickstart the change and Lauralee launched Spectrum as the first inclusion focused agency in the UK in 2021.
At Spectrum, we work with Events and HR professionals to inclusively source speakers, business leaders, hosts and entertainment; whether that’s helping you choose a business expert for an inspiring keynote speech, putting on a seminar with an academic specialist, booking a dazzling entertainer, or dynamic event host.
