Han-Son is the Founder and CEO of DaddiLife, Europe’s largest content platform for dads, a 4x best-selling publisher, and a consultancy exclusively focussed on dads at work. 

After 20 years in marketing, where he worked both client side and agency side delivering products and campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands such as Dove, Samsung, Bacardi, Unilever, and P&G, he founded DaddiLife after recognising that a new generation of dads needed different resources in a parenting world that still only focused on mums.

In the last 7 years DaddiLife has grown to become a social community of over 250,000 dads, and Han-Son has personally led a number of important new insights programmes that deep dive into modern day fatherhood.

The Millennial Dad At Work was the first of its kind look at the experiences at work for dads, and he has since gone on to talk about modern day fatherhood for the likes of The Bank of England, LinkedIn, NatWest and many more.

His work is aimed at HR leaders and DEI change makers to understand more about a new generation of dads; their key behaviours at work, why they’re possibly unhappy/unproductive (but silent), and how we should start to think about this vital group – not just for themselves, but for wider family cohesion and gender equality. His work has been profiled by many leading organisations including HR Magazine, The Financial Times, The Guardian, and his thought leadership on allyship at work has also been featured by the likes of The Harvard Business Review, where he also featured in their book on the area.
