Iesha is a writer, speaker and communications professional, she is passionate about creating a fairer society, particularly for young people and also has a passion for nature and the outdoors.

She is former Head of Change for Education and Families at The Youth Endowment Fund and was an advisor to Split Banana, a social enterprise harnessing creativity for effective sex and relationships education in schools. Iesha has 15 years experience in the education sector as a deputy headteacher, governor and think tank researcher. Iesha has written and spoken about education and society for various publications and national media and believes storytelling can powerfully complement research to create positive change.

Iesha is a published author and has also contributed to several national and international publications such as The Guardian and HuffPost; she is committed to pushing the needle on social change, equality and helping people to use their uniqueness to add value to their work.

As a speaker, Iesha talks about networking and personal branding for introverts, creativity and social mobility. Her commitment to transparency and authenticity shines through in her willingness to share insights gleaned from her experiences, particularly regarding career transitions, online entrepreneurship, effective communication and leadership.
