The Future is Now
We’re so excited to invite you to our first speaker showcase event, where you’ll get up to the minute insights on the latest issues in the world of work, as well as getting a preview of what our fantastic speaker roster can bring to your event.
Around this time 2 years ago, the unthinkable happened. As organisations, as HUMANS, we were thrust into extreme and reactive change, and for many these last two years have been purely about survival.
Yet, what arose from this unsettling change was something very revealing; the very systematic organisational structures that had been implemented and reimplemented for generations were fundamentally broken.
This revelation brought about an opportunity and, very quickly, every single industry learned to work in a myriad of alternative ways.
We became adaptable, we pivoted and completely re-wrote the rule books for how business was done.
So now what?
We can’t really go ‘back to normal’ we need to keep REINVENTING but we can only do so when we fully understand and unpick the legacy which held us back.
Find out what happens next in the first of our monthly Future Of Work series, in collaboration and partnership with conferenceemcees.com and Arena by Hirespace.
