"Black Mums Up Front" Host - Parenting, Culture and Brand Partnerships

Carina is Senior Talent Partnerships Director and 1/4 of the Black Mums Upfront podcast, BCOMs (The Black Collective of Media in Sport) Board Member, School governor, Founder and Brand Specialist.

Having worked in Sports and Entertainment for over 10 years, Carina has managed the careers of a number of household sporting names and their brand partnerships and has herself fronted campaigns for leading brands such as Nike, Dove and Barbie. 

With a confident aura and a palpable passion for effecting change, Carina is called upon to be a regular contributor for BBC Radio 5 and Good Morning Britain, to share her opinion on broad range of current affairs including parenting, gender equality in sport, diversity in marketing and brand building.

Listed as The Voice Newspaper’s One to Watch for 2020 and also the recipient of the We Are The City Rising Star award in 2020, Carina is making her mark within the industry.

Carina’s speaking topics include parenting, education and safeguarding, anti racism, inclusion in sport, and building your personal brand.

Carina recently appeared in the BBC Documentary Empire’s Child alongside her siblings, Charlene and Josh White- exploring the legacy of the British Empire on black families in the UK today.
